Regarding returns and exchanges for customer convenience

The customer will be responsible for paying the round-trip shipping and handling fees, and will receive an exchange or refund after returning the item.

At COVERARY, we take care of the natural wrinkles and scratches of our products using natural leather (genuine leather) as much as possible, preserving the original expression of the leather.
Therefore, natural scratches and wrinkles may be noticeable, but please note that they are not covered by the warranty.
*If we determine that the scratches or dirt occurred during the manufacturing stage, we will remove them from the product.

Additionally, items covered by the warranty are not covered by the warranty if they become dirty or change in color due to normal use, or if they are damaged due to intentional or careless handling.
