|About returns and exchanges for customer convenience
The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and fees, and after returning the item, an exchange or refund will be processed.

Therefore, natural scratches and wrinkles may be noticeable, but please note that they are not covered by the warranty.

Additionally, items covered by the warranty are not covered by the warranty if they become dirty or change in color due to normal use, or if they are damaged due to intentional or careless handling.

Genuine leather items have a 180-day warranty, vegan leather items and other items have a 90-day warranty.
What is the warranty coverage?

Examples of warranty coverage: edge peeling, leather peeling, thread fraying, hardware detachment, etc.
What is the warranty coverage?
Once the product is returned by the customer, we will repair or replace it (we will cover the return shipping costs). After repair or replacement, the warranty period will be reset and an additional 90-day or 180-day warranty will apply.
