|About delivery errors and initial defects
In the unlikely event of any mistakes or initial defects on our part,
Please contact support by email within one week after the product arrives with ① your order number, ② your name, and ③ the details along with images.
Please return it with cash on delivery, and we will exchange it for you.
|Regarding Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience
The customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs and fees, and after the return, an exchange or refund will be provided.

(2) From 3,000 yen to less than 5,000 yen ⇒ 1,000 yen

At COVERARY, products that use natural leather (genuine leather) cherish the wrinkles and scratches created by nature as much as possible, valuing the original expression of the leather.
Therefore, natural scratches and wrinkles may be noticeable, but please understand that they are not covered by the warranty.
※If it is determined that the scratches or dirt occurred during the manufacturing stage, they are excluded from the product.
Also, items covered by the warranty do not include stains or color changes due to normal use, or damage caused by intentional acts or careless handling.

What is covered by the warranty?
Genuine leather items have a 180-day period, while vegan leather, clear cases, and other items have a 90-day period.
The period is calculated starting from the product shipping date.
What is the warranty coverage?
This applies when it is determined that the cause lies with our company due to damage such as leather or edge peeling.
Examples of warranty coverage: edge peeling, leather peeling, thread fraying, metal fittings coming off, etc.
What is the warranty?
After the customer returns the item, we will repair or replace it (round-trip shipping costs will be borne by our company). After repair or replacement, the warranty period will be reset, and an additional 90 or 180 days of warranty will apply.
What about repairs that are not covered by warranty/out of warranty period?
We offer a repair service to meet the needs of customers who have damaged items, repairs not covered by warranty or outside the warranty period, and customers who want to use their items for a long time.
