About delivery errors and initial defects

In the unlikely event that there is a mistake on our part or an initial defect,
Please contact support by email within one week of receiving the product with the following information: 1) Order number, 2) Name, 3) Contents and image.
Please send it back to us and we will exchange it.



About returns and exchanges for customer convenience

You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and handling fees, and we will exchange or refund the item after you return it.

At COVERARY, we take care of the natural wrinkles and scratches of our products using natural leather (genuine leather) as much as possible, preserving the original expression of the leather.
Therefore, natural scratches and wrinkles may be noticeable, but please note that they are not covered by the warranty.
*If we determine that the scratches or stains occurred during the manufacturing process, we will remove them from the product.

Additionally, items covered by the warranty are not covered by the warranty if they become dirty or change in color due to normal use, or if they are damaged due to intentional or careless handling.

What is covered by the warranty?
Genuine leather items are covered for 180 days, and vegan leather, clear cases and other items are covered for 90 days.

What is the warranty coverage?
This will only occur if we determine that the damage is due to our company, such as peeling of the leather or edges.
Examples of what is covered by the warranty: peeling edges, peeling leather, frayed threads, detached metal fittings, etc.

What is the warranty?
