|Regarding Delivery Errors and Initial Defects
If by any chance there is a mistake on our part or an initial defect,
please contact support by email within one week after receiving the product with ① your order number, ② your name, and ③ details and images of the issue.
We will accept returns with postage paid and will exchange the product.
|Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience
Our products are made to order, so cancellations or changes (model/color/specifications, etc.) after order confirmation cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
|Handling of Returns Due to Unknown Address or Refusal to Accept
If the package is returned to us due to an unknown delivery address or refusal to accept, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee and handling charges from the shipping.

At COVERARY, for products using natural leather (genuine leather), we cherish the natural wrinkles and scratches created by nature and value the original expression of the leather.
Therefore, natural scratches and wrinkles may be noticeable, but these are not covered by the guarantee. Thank you for your understanding.
※If scratches or stains are judged to have occurred during the production process, they are excluded from the product.
Also, even for items covered by the guarantee, dirt or color changes from normal use, damage caused intentionally or by careless handling are not covered by the guarantee.

What is covered by the guarantee?
Genuine leather items are covered for 180 days, vegan leather, clear cases, and other items for 90 days.
The period is calculated from the product shipping date.
What is the scope of the guarantee?
It covers damage such as peeling of edges or leather when it is judged to be caused by us.
Examples of guarantee coverage: edge peeling, leather peeling, thread fraying, metal fittings coming off, etc.
What does the guarantee cover?
After the customer returns the product, we will repair or exchange it (we bear the round-trip shipping costs).
What about repairs outside the guarantee or after the period?
For damage caused by the customer or repairs outside the guarantee or period, and for customers who wish to use their items for a long time, we offer a repair service.
