|About Delivery Mistakes and Initial Defects
If by any chance there is a mistake on our part or an initial defect,
please contact support by email within one week after receiving the product with ① order number, ② name, and ③ details and images.
Please return the product with postage paid on delivery, and we will exchange it.
|Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
Customers bear round-trip shipping and handling fees; after return, exchange or refund will be made.
■ Handling fees
(1) From 1000 yen to less than 3000 yen ⇒ 500 yen
(2) From 3000 yen to less than 5000 yen ⇒ 1000 yen
(3) From 5000 yen to less than 7000 yen ⇒ 1500 yen
(4) 7000 yen and above ⇒ 2000 yen
※For customized products (decorations, initials, engravings, laser types, or other customizations), an additional 500 yen will be added to the above amounts.
※Wrapping fees are non-refundable.

At COVERARY, products using natural leather (genuine leather) cherish the natural wrinkles and scratches created by nature and value the original expression of the leather.
Therefore, natural scratches and wrinkles may be noticeable, but these are not covered by the warranty, so please understand.
※If judged as scratches or stains occurring during production, they are excluded from the product
Also, even for warranty-covered items, dirt or color changes from normal use, intentional damage, or damage due to careless handling are not covered by the warranty.

Genuine leather items are covered for 180 days, vegan leather, clear cases, and other items for 90 days.
The period is calculated from the product shipping date.
What is the warranty coverage?
It applies when damage such as leather or edge peeling is judged to be caused by us.
Examples of warranty coverage: edge peeling, leather peeling, thread fraying, metal fittings coming off, etc.
What does the warranty cover?
After the customer returns the product, we will repair or exchange it (we cover round-trip shipping costs).
What about repairs outside warranty or period?
For damage caused by customers or repairs outside warranty/period, and for customers who want to use their items longer, we offer a repair service.
