|About Delivery Mistakes and Initial Defects
If there is any mistake on our part or initial defects, please contact us within one week of product arrival via the Initial Defect Contact Form.
Please return the item cash on delivery, and we will exchange it.
|Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
Since our products are made to order, cancellations or changes (model/color/specifications, etc.) after order confirmation cannot be accepted. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
|Handling of returns due to unknown address or refusal to receive
If the package is returned to us due to an unknown delivery address, the refund will be made after deducting the shipping and handling fees from the original shipping cost.

(6) 13,000 yen and above ⇒ 3,000 yen
* Customized products (such as decorations or other customizations) will incur an additional 500 yen on the above amounts.
* Wrapping, D-rings, engravings, and laser option fees are non-refundable.

At COVERARY, for products using genuine leather, we cherish the natural wrinkles and scratches created by nature and value the original expression of the leather as much as possible.
Therefore, natural scratches or wrinkles may be noticeable, but these are not covered by the warranty. Thank you for your understanding.
* Scratches or stains determined to have occurred during production are excluded from the product.
Also, items covered by the warranty do not cover stains or color changes from normal use, or damage caused intentionally or by careless handling.
