|Repair Process
STEP 1: Form Submission
Please contact support with the repair location and detailed images via the repair estimate form.
STEP 2: Estimate
After reviewing the details, support will contact you within 5 business days with the delivery time and estimate.
STEP 3: Sending the Item
Please send the item to be repaired. Please send it prepaid; we will cover the shipping cost for the return after repair.
STEP 4: Repair
Once we receive the item, we will begin the repair work.
STEP 5: Return
After the repair is complete, we will contact you for payment and send the item back.
