|Repair flow
STEP 1: Form submission
Please contact support with the repair estimate form and detailed images of the repair area.
STEP 2: Estimate
We will check the details and contact you within 5 business days with a delivery date and quotation.
STEP 3: Storage
Please send us the item to be repaired. Please return it to us prepaid, and we will cover the shipping costs after the repair.
STEP 4: Repair
Once we have confirmed the item to be repaired, we will begin the repair work.
STEP 5: Return
Once the repair is complete, we will contact you with your invoice and return the item to you.
