To prevent any trouble, please be sure to contact us via email regarding the return of the product.
Minor scratches and stains are not considered as initial defects. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

●In case of defective products or incorrect deliveries
In the unlikely event that we make a mistake or there is an initial defect, please contact support within one week of receiving the product, along with (1) your order number, (2) your name, and (3) details and images.
We will promptly send you a good product after confirming the stock at our store.
If there is no stock of the good product, we will refund the payment.

●In case of returns or exchanges due to customer convenience
CustomerYou will be responsible for the round-trip shipping and handling charges, and we will exchange or refund the item after it is returned.

About the fees
(1) 1000 yen or more but less than 3000 yen ⇒ 500 yen
(2) 3000 yen or more but less than 5000 yen ⇒ 1000 yen
(3) 5000 yen or more → 1500 yen

*Customized products (deco, initials, engravings, lasers, and other customizations) are generally not available.

●Regarding the burden of return shipping costs and fees
In the case of initial defects, our company will bear the cost.

● About Refunds
We will transfer the amount to your designated account within one week after confirming the arrival of the returned item.
