I attached three keys and put them on a smartphone strap. Because the weight causes the reel to stretch a little, I fasten the button while sandwiching the strap part in the key case to prevent it from stretching. The leather is durable, but the loop part where the keys go through tends to come off a little easily. (I have many keys, so the loop part is in a state where it doesn't move much, so I think it won't fall off.)
