Initial Defect Report Form
In the unlikely event that your item has an initial defect or you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will inspect its condition and arrange an exchange or refund.
We will first assess the issue based on images, so please contact us using the form below.
Please note that the following are considered acceptable product variations.
・Natural wrinkles in leather or fabric
・Minor wrinkles in corner areas
・Individual variations characteristic of handmade products
・Uneven coloring that does not affect use

・In the case of an initial defect, we will cover the shipping costs and fees.
・We will contact you within five business days of receiving your inquiry.
