If you receive a defective product or an item different from your order, we will check the condition of the product and respond with an exchange or refund.
Please contact us using the form below, as we will first assess the situation based on the images you provide.

Please note that the following are considered acceptable conditions:
・Natural wrinkles in leather or fabric
・Light wrinkles on corners
・Individual differences characteristic of handmade items
・Color unevenness that does not affect use

・Shipping and handling fees for initial defects will be covered by our store.
・We will respond within 5 business days after you contact us.
