Warranty for MagSafe-compatible cases
Regarding the decrease in magnetic force of the magnet built into the case and the adhesion strength with MagSafe-compatible accessories, Changes due to aging or usage environment may occur and are not covered by the warranty.
Regarding defects in the case itself (leather, edges, peeling, etc.), we will respond according to the normal warranty terms.
* MagSafe-compatible accessories may vary in magnetic strength and wireless charging capability depending on each manufacturer's standards and shapes. Please check compatible models and accessories before purchase.
Usage precautions
■ About magnetic force and adhesion
The product contains a neodymium magnet. If you use a MagSafe-compatible smartphone, it can be used just like genuine MagSafe accessories.
Even for models without built-in magnets, MagSafe-compatible accessories (chargers, card holders, smartphone rings, etc.) can be used when the product is attached.
* Depending on the shape of the accessory and the combination with the case, the magnetic attraction and alignment accuracy may vary.
■ About wireless charging
Wireless charging (Qi) compatible models can be charged normally even when the product is attached.
* Charging speed may vary depending on the charger's output and placement.
* Using with other protective films or thick cases may prevent charging or slow it down.
■ Regarding the storage of magnetic cards
Since the product contains a magnet, please avoid storing magnetic cards such as credit cards, transportation IC cards, hotel key cards, and passports together with the case.
It may cause data corruption or read errors.
■ For those using medical devices such as pacemakers
If you use medical devices such as a pacemaker or defibrillator, do not use the product near the medical device.
We recommend consulting your doctor in advance.
■ Regarding the impact on compass and sensors
The magnet built into the product may cause the compass app and some sensors to malfunction.
