It was a place created to try and nurture the new "customization" COVERARY aims for, together with customers.
The initiative at the Horie store will reach a milestone this summer.
The future of COVERARY
By utilizing feedback received through in-store conversations and learnings from various initiatives, we will provide an even more comfortable shopping experience through the following efforts.
- Hosting POP-UP events in various locations
- Expansion of sample books where you can check materials and colors online
- Development of a simulator to enjoy combining cases and parts
The experiences nurtured in one store will now be brought to many more places.
