At COVERARY Horie store, to provide customers wishing for customized cases a calmer environment to choose from, during the period below, purchase of customized cases will be by
*This period is for regular sales and is not a free customization event.
Please be sure to check and understand the following important notes before making a reservation.
Important notes
・Only one person and one case can be customized per reservation slot.
・If multiple people wish to create cases, please make separate reservations for each person.
・If you arrive more than 15 minutes late from your reserved time, your reservation may be treated as canceled to prioritize the next customer. Please understand in advance.
This customization will be offered at the regular price for both case and options, the same as the online store.
*Please note that the event content differs from past events.
Case creation is only for the person who made the reservation, but companions are allowed.
If you are accompanied by children, please only bring them if they can remain quiet inside the store. (Safety management is the responsibility of the guardian.)
All customized products will be shipped later. (It may take up to about 3 weeks for delivery)
・Even without a reservation, you can tour the store and check actual product samples by hand.
・If there are available reservation slots and the store is calm, same-day guidance may be possible.
