We often receive inquiries such as "When will it be shipped?" or "When will it arrive?" after ordering.

Our products are made to order, so we start production after receiving your order and then ship. Therefore, it takes some time until delivery.

You can check the estimated shipping time on the product page.

Here is how to check

Press [About this product] at the bottom of the product page of your order

Estimated shipping days(within Japan) will be displayed.

Example: If it says "Estimated shipping days(within Japan) in 3 to 7 business days (closed on weekends and holidays)," and you place an order (payment completed) on Monday, the shipment will be made within 7 business days excluding weekends and holidays, starting from the next business day (Tuesday).

Please enter the coupon codes and gift codes issued by our store at the time of order.

Enter the coupon code or gift code in the "Enter coupon code/gift code" field on the shopping cart screen and press the [Apply] button to get a discount.
