― First, please introduce yourself.
Ura:
I mainly make genuine leather notebook-style smartphone cases.
When we receive an order from a customer, we select a notebook or case for each model, carefully cut the camera hole, and carefully bond the leather together to finish it.
Leather is durable and long-lasting, but during finishing, we work carefully considering the delicacy of the material. Since many processes are done by hand, we always take care of our hands and nails to avoid affecting quality.
When bonding, we carefully adhere up to near the camera hole, paying attention to every detail.
There are some models that are difficult to support, but we strive to provide quality that satisfies our customers.

― Please tell us about your current favorite case!
Ura:
I am a fan of a genuine leather notebook-style smartphone case with a stand function and shoulder strap.
This uses Italian genuine leather 'shrink leather', and the texture feels very pleasant.
The charm of this case lies not only in its simple appearance but also in its storage capacity.
There are two spots in the front and one larger pocket in the back, each allowing independent card storage. You can also put standard size cards together, so it’s very convenient.
Furthermore, because of the vertical design, even if you hang the shoulder strap and turn it upside down, the cards are less likely to fall out, so you can use it with peace of mind.
It also has a solid stand function, so it’s useful when watching videos♪ This kind of subtle functionality is also one of my favorite reasons.

― What do you recommend about the design aspect?
Ura:
"Since I usually wear outfits in calm colors overall, I use the red heart charm as a single point accent.
This charm is stamped with initials on 'Tochigi Leather', and on the back, there is also a subtle COVERARY logo engraving.
I love how the red acts as an accent color, making the coordination look much more glamorous. Even when combined with different types of leather, it surprisingly turns out cute.
There are multiple attachment positions for the shoulder strap and charm, so I freely change them according to my mood and outfit of the day.
Of course, you can choose from two shapes, round and heart, making it easy to use for both men and women!
It's not too big, so it's recommended to attach it to your bag or use it as a name tag!
Match tones and play with accent colors. Adult color use
― What are your points when choosing a smartphone case?
Ura:
This time, I chose the outfit that my child said "That outfit is cute!" on a previous observation day.
I like chic colors like black, white, and gray, so I basically choose simple colors for smartphone cases to match my outfit (laughs).
Since there are many simple color tones like that, I also make it a point to choose small accessories like charms in accent colors while looking at the overall balance.

― Are there any products you would like to recommend?
Ura:
The popular "notebook-type case with hand belt" is recommended.
It's a bit similar to the notebook I use, but this one is a type with a convenient hand belt added.
The hand belt can also be bi-colored and firmly holds your hand, preventing drops.
There is plenty of card storage, and if you add metal fittings for the strap, you can attach a shoulder strap and customize it freely.
You can attach a strap to the metal fittings to carry it around, or use just the belt, making it a versatile smartphone case that can be used according to the scene.
Recent smartphones are a bit heavy, but just slipping your hand through the hand belt makes it easier to hold, and hooking your finger on the ring makes it easy to take out from bags or pockets, which is a nice feature.
