A common question we receive from customers is, “The color looks a little different from the photo.” There are several reasons why such differences occur.

Genuine leather products are easily affected by the natural environment and production period, and there may be slight color differences for each manufacturing batch. This phenomenon is called “color variation.”

For example, even with the same “Moss” color, some may have a stronger brown or a stronger green. This is like how people's skin and hair colors differ, and can be said to be a difference that reflects the “remnants of life” the material holds.

Also, even vegan leather, which is relatively less prone to color variation, can have changes in color depending on the production period.

Also, the way colors appear can differ depending on the display settings and environment (day/night, type of lighting, etc.) of the smartphone or computer your customers use to view them.

Especially for colors with subtle nuances like leather products, the expression changes depending on the angle and brightness of the light. It can be said to be an “attraction only the real thing has” that cannot be fully reproduced in photos.

There are products in the world that are uniformly made, but we value making the most of the individuality of materials such as leather as they are.
